Refund Policy for Advertising Space
Gun Traders Australia (trading as GTA Online Classifieds, ABN 45 637 242 617) is committed to providing a fair and transparent advertising experience. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing advertising space on guntraders.com.au. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases of advertising space made directly through guntraders.com.au. Customised advertising packages may be subject to specific refund terms outlined in a separate written agreement, which will take precedence over this policy where applicable.
2. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@guntraders.com.au within 14 business days of the date of purchase. Your request should include your full name, account details, the date of purchase, the ad plan purchased, and a clear explanation of the reason for your request along with any supporting documentation.
3. Eligible Circumstances for a Refund
We will consider a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
• Your advertisement was not published or displayed on the platform as agreed due to a fault on our part.
• A technical error or platform issue caused by Gun Traders Australia significantly impaired the visibility or functionality of your advertisement, and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same purchase.
Where an advertisement has been live and functioning for a period before an eligible issue arises, a pro-rata partial refund based on the remaining unused days of your 90-day listing period may be offered at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
• Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the advertising space or platform.
• Your advertisement was removed or rejected due to a breach of our content guidelines, terms and conditions, or applicable firearms advertising regulations.
• Errors, omissions, or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you at the time of listing.
• Your advertisement did not receive the level of enquiry or response you expected.
• You failed to publish your advertisement after purchasing an ad plan. Please note that the 90-day period begins from the date of purchase — we strongly recommend publishing your listing promptly.
5. Refund Process
Upon receiving your written refund request, our team will review the information provided and respond within 5 business days to advise whether your request has been approved, declined, or requires further information.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, processed through FatZebra, our secure payment gateway. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or as platform credit unless agreed to in writing.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, limit, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, this policy does not affect those rights.

Gun Traders Australia reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on guntraders.com.au. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
